You will hopefully see that Thames Water tankers have recently left the village after their presence to alleviate the sewage issues that Great Shefford had been facing since Christmas. We now need to establish the extent of the problems residents have suffered with the sewerage system, and to use that evidence to bring about long term improvements through Thames Water, West Berks Council and the Environment Agency. To that end, a questionnaire has been delivered to households. We would love to hear directly from you and would really appreciate your help in taking part in this survey, even though you may have provided this information to other channels over the last few months.
